Putin signs Russia's withdrawal from Open Skies Treaty

President Vladimir Putin has signed into law a denunciation of the Open Skies Treaty, signalling Russia's intention to officially withdraw. The agreement allows nations to carry out surveillance flights over the territory of other signatories. Julia Chapman has more from Moscow.
