Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has re-imposed a strict lockdown that includes the closure of schools and the suspension of inter-district travel to curb a surge in COVID-19 cases in the country. Non-Ugandans travelling from India have also been stopped from entering the country. Leon Solomon reports form Kampala
