The UK government says it's still too early to say whether it will be able to ease all covid-19 restrictions in England as planned on June 21st.
Ministers say they are 'open' to a delay if necessary.
Coronavirus cases have been rising in recent weeks as lockdown measures have eased and the India-discovered Delta variant has spread.
But hospitalisations and fatalities have remained low.
