EU thought to be removing Brexit "punishment clause"

The European Union is believed to have changed the wording in a text to remove what's being nicknamed a "punishment clause" after Brexit.

Brussels had outlined a plan to restrict market access for the UK under certain circumstance which outraged many politicians in Britain.
