Germany warns India over increased custom duties

India's decision to raise import duties on auto parts from 5% to 15% in its annual budget has irked Germany. The country has warned India the move could trigger retaliatory action.

Germany's envoy to India has said the move could backfire at a time when India is keen on boosting exports to push domestic growth.
