Russian President Vladimir Putin said that allegations of a state-sponsored doping programme in Russia were an attempt to sow discontent ahead of the country's presidential elections. Putin's comments came ahead of his potential meeting with Donald Trump on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Vietnam. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
