US President Donald Trump says he will tackle 'chronic trade abuses' and is calling for Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation countries to abide by a fairer system.
Speaking to the APEC summit in Vietnam he insisted he didn't blame countries in the region for taking advantage of the United States.
