UN estimates Rohingyas fleeing to Bangladesh could number 300,000 - Reuters

The number of Rohingya Muslims fleeing the latest violence in Myanmar into Bangladesh may reach as many as three hundred thousand, according to a Reuters news agency report.


The estimate came from a UN official in Bangladesh, along with a warning of a funding shortfall for emergency aid.
