Amazon seeking second city location for headquarters, to pay 5 billion dollars

INTRO:

Amazon plans to expand and build a second site for its headquarters in
North America - a project that would cost an estimated 5 billion
dollars.

The enormous e-commerce company said it was fielding offers from
several cities to host the project that will open next year.
