The U.S. Virgin Islands were hit hard by Hurricane Irma as the American territory of Puerto Rico has nearly 1 million citizens without power.
The massive storm is currently north of the Dominican Republic and Haiti, having nearly flattened the Caribbean island of Barbuda.
