Speaker of the House Paul Ryan confirmed that Republicans are talking about how they can change the legislation that failed to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (aka, Obamacare).
Lacking the votes, Speaker Ryan pulled the vote on the repeal and replace legislation, delivering a huge political blow to President Trump and one of his top campaign promises.
Now, Speaker Ryan said, they've re-opened discussions.
