EU reaction to Syrian chemical attack ahead of Syria conference in Brussels

The European Union's top diplomat Federica Mogherini says Syrian President Bashar al-Assad holds "primary responsibility", after a suspected gas attack killed at least 58 people.

She was speaking on the eve of a international conference on Syria due to start on Wednesday in Brussels.
