Accountability needed for horrific attacks - de Mistura

Accountability is needed for the horrible attacks which killed dozens in Syria, says the UN Special envoy.

Chemical weapons and follow-on airstrikes are thought to be the cause, according to the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The attacks come just hours before 70 countries are set to convene in Brussels for talks on Syria's political future.

Staffan de Mistura, the U.N. Special Envoy for Syria, is horrified by the events.
