The White House is under fire after President Trump's press secretary appeared to threaten the careers of American diplomats and civil servants who are writing a memo expressing their disagreement with the new US immigration ban.
The formal "memo of dissent" is expected to be signed by diplomats worldwide and is allowed under State Department rules.
