Police dismiss one suspect in Quebec City mosque shooting, say gunman acted alone

Canadian police have determined that the second person arrested in
relation to the Quebec City mosque shooting was just a witness to the
attack.

The other man in custody is considered a suspect. The attack left six
people dead, and others remain in critical condition.
