Acting Attorney General won't defend Trump's immigration orders in courts

The Acting Attorney General of the United States says she is refusing to defend President Trump's immigration ban in the courts,


Sally Yates, who was appointed by President Obama, says she is not convinced the President's executive order to close America's borders to citizens from seven, predominantly Muslim nations is legal.


Our Washington Correspondent Simon Marks says her decision sets the stage for a confrontation between the White House and the Department of Justice.
