UK should consider Syria air-strikes

The UK's defence secretary says MPs should consider British air-strikes against Islamic State targets in Syria...

Britain has been bombing IS targets in Iraq since last September.

But Michael Fallon says it is illogical to consider the border, when Islamic State does not.

Any further British military action would require a vote in the Commons - chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee Crispin Blunt says IS must be defeated...
