Britain and Russia have clashed at the UN over a draft Security Council resolution commemorating the 1995 mass killing of Bosnian civilians by Bosnian Serb forces at the town of Srebrenica on the twentieth anniversary of the massacre.
Russia is pushing a rival text which only talks in more general terms about crimes committed.
