MURDER ACCUSED BRITISH BANKER APPEARS IN COURT

A British banker accused of the murder of two women in Hong Kong has appeared in court.

29 year-old Rurik Jutting was remanded in custody until another court date next week.

He was arrested after police found the bodies of the two women in his apartment in the Wan Chai area of the city at the weekend.

They are believed to be sex workers of Indonesian origin.

Mr Jutting recently resigned from his job at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
