The EU has condemned as, "illegal," elections held by pro-Russia militants in two eastern Ukrainian regions.
The militants staged what they call parliamentary and presidential elections in the self-titled Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics, collectively known as the Donbass, which has seen fighting between the rebels and Ukrainian government forces for months.
