Report: Merkel warns Cameron over immigration demands

German Chancellor Angela Merkel would rather see the United Kingdom leave the European Union than accept British Prime Minister David Cameron's immigration demands, according to Der Spiegel magazine. 

Cameron has proposed limiting the number of unskilled EU migrants allowed into the UK.
