US Expands Marine Sanctuary


The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, has announced that President Obama will use executive authority to sign legislation that will vastly increase protected marine habitat around some of the United State's South Pacific territories.

 

As Tim Exton reports from Seattle, it's a move that has been greeted with a mixed reception.
