Iran's Rouhani blames West for MidEast violence

Iran's President has blamed western nations for the current violence in the Middle East.

Hassan Rouhani - addressing the UN General Assembly - also appeared to tie cooperation on tackling extremism in the region to a successful conclusion to talks on Iran's nuclear program.
