EU SETS OUT NO DEAL BREXIT PLANS
Indian journalist arrested for criticising Prime Minister Modi
An Indian television journalist has been jailed for a year after he criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Facebook, a move which critics say is part of a clampdown on free speech in the country.
He was arrested last month in the remote northeastern state of Manipur under laws intended to ensure national security.
Our India correspondent Neha Poonia reports.

The State Department says Stephen Biegun will meet senior South Korean officials on Wednesday and Thursday.
Talks are expected to center on how to end North Korea's nuclear weapons program.
Little progress to that end has been made since President Donald Trump and leader Kim Jong-un met in June.
Kim had agreed with South Korea's President Moon Jae-in to visit Seoul this year.
The visit was expected to give a boost to dialogue.
But it no longer appears likely Kim will cross the border before the end of the month.
