Son of Norway’s crown princess arrested on new charges before rape trial starts on 3 February

The son of Norway's crown princess was arrested on new charges on Monday, the day before he goes on trial.

Marius Borg Høiby was detained on suspicion of assault and threats with a knife.

He will stand trial on Tuesday on dozens of charges, including the rape of four women, and it comes as his mother faces questions over her links to Jeffery Epstein.

Liam Ramos back home in Minnesota

A 5-year-old boy who became a viral symbol of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown is back home after he and his father were released from an immigration facility in Texas.


The image of Liam Conejo Ramos in a fluffy blue hat and Spiderman backpack being detained with his father in their driveway on their return from pre-school in Minnesota spurred drew widespread condemnation.
