D66 and PVV poised to tie Dutch election

With nearly 99 percent of the vote counted the liberal D66 and
far-right PVV are on course to share the lead in the Dutch elections.

Five more suspects arrested over Louvre robbery

Fed cuts interest rates for second time

Melissa hits Cuba, leaving destruction in Jamaica
