With nearly 99 percent of the vote counted the liberal D66 and
far-right PVV are on course to share the lead in the Dutch elections.
But the major political parties in the Netherlands have ruled out
joining a coalition with Geert Wilders' PVV meaning that 38-year-old
Rob Jetten is on track to become the next prime minister.
