Tsunami warnings downgraded on US West Coast

The tsunami warning issued for parts of the US West Coast has been downgraded, after a massive 8.8-magnitude earthquake off of Russia's east coast sparked widespread concern about potential impacts across the Pacific.


However, officials say coastal areas should remain cautious for any further activity.
