EPA to reject legal basis to fight climate change

The US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) says it will revoke its own scientific finding that greenhouse gases threaten public health - a finding that has underpinned the government's legal basis to tackle climate change for nearly two-decades. Toni Waterman has more from Washington
