At least 20 people killed in Russian strikes on Ukraine

At least 20 people have died in two separate Russian strikes on Ukraine.

The attacks come the day after President Trump issued a new ultimatum for President Putin to end the war in Ukraine in the next 10 to 12 days, or face massive sanctions.

Tesla, Samsung agree $16.5 billion chip deal
