Trump reportedly blocks Taiwanese President US stopover

The Trump administration will not allow Taiwan's President Lai
Ching-te to stop in New York en route to Central America.

It comes as the US holds trade talks with China ahead of a potential
summit between US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi
Jinping.
