EU says US deal provides predictability

European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen says a framework
trade deal reached with the U.S. will bring stability and
predictability.

Von der Leyen and Donald Trump agreed to a baseline 15 percent tariff
on European goods entering the U.S. following a meeting at the U.S.
President's Scottish golf course.
