The European Union has reached a trade agreement with the Mercosur
group of South American nations.

Officials say it will open a market for more than 700 million people
but the deal has been heavily criticized by some EU member states.

Delhi turned into a fortress as thousands of farmers prepare to march

South Koreans face danger if Yoon stays - ruling party chief

Tsunami warning called off after Northern California quake

US officials have called off a tsunami warning, that was issued in the wake of a strong earthquake off the coast of Northern California, 


Millions of people had been instructed to evacuate coastal areas and head to higher ground.

President Emmanuel Macron has called for a "spirit of hope" in France, as the nation wrestles with a constitutional crisis after its Prime Minister was kicked out of office.

UK Armed Forces Chief Warns Of Nuclear Danger

The head of the UK armed forces has warned the world is entering a new nuclear age.


In a speech in London, Admiral Sir Tony Radakin accused Russia of "wild threats of tactical nuclear use" - and of carrying out "large-scale" exercises and simulated attacks against Nato countries.
