Three US soldiers charged with smuggling undocumented migrants across border

Three US soldiers stationed at Fort Cavazos (CA-VAA-ZOS) have been charged for allegedly smuggling undocumented migrants into Texas. The group was arrested after a high-speed car chase with Border Patrol agents. Toni Waterman has more.
