Israel's FM travels to Netherlands after "anti-semitic" attacks on football fans in Amsterdam

China approves $840B plan to refinance local government debt, boost slowing economy

INTRO:  China's top legislative body, the standing committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), approved a bill on raising ceilings on local government debt.

India's financial watchdog raids sellers using Amazon and Flipkart

India's financial watchdog - the Enforcement Directorate - has conducted searches in multiple locations across five Indian cities - targeting offices of those sellers operating on Amazon and Walmart-owned Flipkart.

Israeli air strikes hit southern Beirut, at least 40 dead in eastern Lebanon
