India's financial watchdog - the Enforcement Directorate - has conducted searches in multiple locations across five Indian cities - targeting offices of those sellers operating on Amazon and Walmart-owned Flipkart.
The companies have come under fire for allegedly not providing a level playing field to local vendors, in what is only the latest setback for the e-commerce platforms.
