Court case as "entities tried to scrape every tweet ever made" says Musk

INTRO:

Twitter has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. state of Texas against entities that have allegedly been involved in data scraping on a massive scale.

The social network had recently imposed a limit on the number of tweets a user can read a day – due to the practice.

UK Economy Contracts In May

Indian PM arrives in Paris as the Bastille Day guest of honour

The Indian prime minister has arrived in Paris, ahead of his appearance as the guest of honour during Friday's French national day parade.

Indian Prime Minister Modi to Meet President Macron in France

Nigeria Repays $500 Million Eurobond Debt Owed Since 2013

Nigeria's Debt Management Office says the country has repaid a $500 million Eurobond owed since 2013.


It said the payment was part of a dual-tranche $1 billion Eurobond for a tenor of ten 10 years at a coupon of 6.375 per cent per annum.

Rescue operations continue to pull out international tourists in flood hit India
