Vermont begins recovery operations

Mopping up operations are underway in Vermont following the
catastrophic storm over the past few days.
Vermont's capital, Montpelier was submerged in water and authorities
are now costing the costs.
Flood watches remain in effect for parts of New York, Massachusetts,
Maine, New Hampshire and Connecticut.
