The decision has divided members of Congress; some support the decision and others say it crosses a line in allowing their use at the risk of civilian lives.

Walmart mass shooter sentenced to 90 life sentences

Rahul Gandhi loses defamation appeal

One of India's most prominent politicians, Rahul Gandhi, has lost a second court appeal in a criminal defamation case.

This means he will now have to approach the Indian Supreme Court to get a stay on his conviction.

He was handed a two-year jail term that is in suspension till he's exhausted all legal avenues.

Stocks slide, jobs data up, interest rate hike predicted
