One of India's most prominent politicians, Rahul Gandhi, has lost a second court appeal in a criminal defamation case.
This means he will now have to approach the Indian Supreme Court to get a stay on his conviction.
He was handed a two-year jail term that is in suspension till he's exhausted all legal avenues.
Mr Gandhi was found guilty of defaming the Indian Prime Minister during an election rally where he compared Narendra Modi to a thief.
Neha Poonia has more.
