Officials in Cote D'Ivoire say they have located a Singapore-registered oil tanker that was boarded by 'unidentified persons' off its coast.
At least 20 crew members were on board the ship when it was rescued.

Russian court rejects appeal of WSJ reporter

UK energy firms banned from forcibly installing energy meters for the over-85s’
