Britain's energy firms will no longer be allowed to forcibly enter the homes of customers over the age of 85 in order to fit prepayment meters. That's under a new code of conduct agreed by energy companies and enforced by the UK's energy watchdog Ofgem. But campaigners say the new rules should be mandatory rather than simply guidelines.
