North Korea has accused the U.S. and its allies in the region of
nuclear blackmail as military drills get underway.
It comes after Pyongyang tested a solid-fuel intercontinental
ballistic missile on Friday.
North Korea has ramped up testing in recent weeks with the United
Nations Security Council set to discuss the matter later on Monday.
