Japan is considering pulling its Self Defence Forces out of Afghanistan, possibly on Wednesday. Government sources cited in Japanese media said it would be difficult to ensure safety at the airport after the US' troops pulled out.

Evacuation Orders at Lake Tahoe

The final flight out of Hamid Karzai International Airport left 24 hours ahead of President Biden's deadline of August 31st.
