At least six people killed in Covid-19 hospital fire in Mumbai

Australia – Prime Minister reaches out to former staffer over rape allegations.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison says he's prepared to meet the former liberal party staffer, who has alleged that she was raped in Parliament.


It's been a month since Brittany Higgins made the allegations and yesterday she lodged a formal complaint with Mr Morrisons office, alleging that the PM's staff have been providing media with information about her partner.

Biden defends migration policies in first presidential press conference

US President Joe Biden defended his immigration policies at his first press conference since taking office, amid a surge in the number of people crossing the southern US border.

Hong Kong orders foreign consulates to reject BNO passport

The Hong Kong government is ordering foreign consulates in the city to stop accepting the British National Overseas passport as a valid travel document.

Van Gogh masterpiece sells twice after auction confusion in Paris

A rare artwork by Dutch master Vincent van Gogh has finally been sold at auction - after confusion saw the painting sold twice in the same day.

Biden's first press conference centers on migration
