India-China Foreign Ministers to meet in Moscow

Analysts Say China-India talks Unlikely to Ease Border Tensions

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaiyshanker are set to meet in Moscow today in the hope both sides can resolve an increasingly tense border dispute.

But analysts say with the two countries hardening their positions, any breakthrough is unlikely.

Legal concerns for Hong Kong fugitives detained in China

Lawyers hired by the families of 12 Hong Kongers detained in China, say they are being denied access to meet them. That's adding to concerns in Hong Kong over the fate of the 12 people, who were arrested by Chinese coastguards while reportedly sailing to Taiwan to seek political asylum.

S. Korean semiconductor makers to suspend sales to Huawei

Leading South Korean semiconductor producers will reportedly suspend sales to China's Huawei from next week. The suspension would come the same day the U.S. plans to enforce new sanctions against Huawei amid its ongoing trade war with China.

An intelligence official at the US Department of Homeland Security says he was instructed to downplay concerns of Russian interference in November's election because it reflected badly on President Trump.

Major rally on Wall Street as tech rebounds
