Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaiyshanker are set to meet in Moscow today in the hope both sides can resolve an increasingly tense border dispute.
But analysts say with the two countries hardening their positions, any breakthrough is unlikely.
