Dozens arrested in Belarus protests

Dozens of protesters have been arrested in Belarus after gathering in support of Maria Kolesnikova, the opposition leader who was taken into custody on Tuesday. India crosses 4.3 million COVID 19 cases

India reported a jump of nearly 90,000 coronavirus infections in 24 hours, taking the country's caseload past the 4.3 million mark.

OXFORD VACCINE TRIALS PAUSED

Trials of a Covid-19 vaccine have been paused, after a potential adverse reaction was reported in a patient in the UK.

The volunteer was taking part in the programme run by Oxford University and AstraZeneca.

The drug company says trials will be on hold until it's established whether the patient suffered a side effect from the vaccine.
