Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt have agreed to continue discussions to seek a compromise on the filling and operation of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam that Ethiopia is constructing on River Nile .

A 5th meeting by technical experts from the three countries held in Egypt has discussed the different scenarios of filling the dam .

Egypt is  concerned that the operation on the River Nile, will reduce the water flow into its territory. Egypt that depends majorly on the River Nile is located downstream from Ethiopia.

Uganda Landslides Kill People

DR Congo Protests Disrupt Business

NATO leaders gather for talks near London amid rising tensions

NATO leaders are meeting near London for talks on the second day of the alliance's 70th anniversary summit.

Authorities say there have been 100 bomb scares in Moscow in 48 hours

Ukraine says draft document for upcoming peace summit 'not very ambitious'

House passes Uighur bill calling for sanctions on Chinese officials
