AUSTRALIA: Medevac law scrapped - removing medical protection of refugees

The humanitarian medevac bill which the Australian Opposition introduced late last year to allow asylum seekers in detention on Nauru and Manus Island that were deemed in need of medical treatment to be taken to Australia and treated will be repealed.
